Skins and stickers are basically a commodity that follow normal market models based on offer and demande, if its rare and hard to get there will be demande, they're also pretty good looking especially on fully Blue/Red skins which are quite expensive themselves aka the AK-47 Case Hardened or the M4 Hot rod & Howl.

For exemple i buyed m'y AK blue lam with a kato LDLC Holo best pos for 280€... But thé sticker it self cost 24k€

The biggest reason why these stickers are so rare is because on release the majority of the player base were young children. Skins weren't as popular/huge back then so buying items as an investment was not on one's mind let alone a kids mind. As the demand and popularity of csgo rose, these old items became more and more valuable to players and demand skyrocketed when the supply could not satisfy the demand.
