Why aren't houses built with ALC called ALC houses?

The main building material of the country house being built in Hoengseong is clearly ALC block, but this building is not marked as an ALC house. What is the reason? And we also looked into why ALC houses must use special anchors and window fastening hardware that are suitable for the characteristics of ALC materials, and also looked into roof insulation construction methods~

ALC만으로 건축해도 충분해요. 화재보험과 대출도 콘크리트와 차이 없어요.
