Why aren’t there many Black Affluent Neighborhoods? Do black people value their neighborhoods?

I live in Texas and my neighborhood is predominantly Black and also has a high number of black businesses, I think my brothers sister living in CA need to go visit more prosperous black area outside of CA and don’t forget Baldwin Hills is predominantly black as well✊🏿

I went to middle school in Missouri City, right outside of Houston. You would be shocked if you came over here. They got middle class and upper class black folk over. Fresno, TX is right next to Missouri City also predominant black and middle class. You brothers would love it over here. The police are predominantly black and the county sheriff is black.

Why did you pick the projects in Watts? L.A. is full of decent Black areas like West Adams, certain parts of Carson, Fox Hills, Leimert Park, Baldwin Hills, Parts of Inglewood, View Park, Windsor Hills, Ladera Heights, Parts of Pasadena, along with areas that are becoming nicer liker Jefferson Park, the area around Van Ness and Manchester, the Black part of Venice, and areas in Gardena. Watts is a special case due to the generations of poverty and the depth of the gang culture. Maybe zoom out and look at all of L.A. Plus it's people in Watts that's not with the BS.

It’s alot of black prosperous neighborhoods in 🇺🇸 especially. I mean you can even look at Carson and gardena in California that’s outside of Ladera heights and those areas. When you go to the east coast. You will really see big time black neighborhoods. Check out south Maryland for example Prince George County along side with many others throughout America.

You got to understand it takes 💰 to maintain a house. Things go wrong constantly! If your living on disability, SSI, or welfare it's pretty much impossible to have any extra money to invest into your own house. That's the issue. All of these grand parents and parents that are passing away now are leaving houses to their children. The children have to pay taxes on the property then maintenance on top of the bills they just can't do it. So the houses are sold to the highest bidder at tax time. Thank Blackstone investing for buying them all up n making a monopoly... A monopoly is illegal yet we the people just let these big companies start smaller ones under there big name to make it ok n it's NOT. WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO START LOOKING INTO THE MONOPOLIZES IN OUR COUNTRY. BECAUSE IN REALITY THERE IS 3 COMPANIES RUNNING EVERYTHING!
