This one is really hard for me as I don't always meet my new recruits face to face due to the nature of how they are recruited, however the advice is great and will be thinking more about how I can incorporate this into my recruiting strategy. This is so true... Nowadays, I can see how recruitment has been changing to what are your values then what are your skills. This is more based what you as a person wil react to a certain environment , as well as the skills will compliment that. However, Skills can be teach, recruiters are more interested now how you can fit (interpersonal relashionships) to the busioness rather then what can you bring in skills to the business. I believe the best key would be present ourselves as we are first values and aims in future. Then compliment with our skills! Thanks so much for this LIVE experience Sara, on my future expericnes and leading project I will make sure I will look to "get the rigth peg SHAPE" ! Interesting is I read this weelk "Motivate to Win By RICHAR DENNY" He explains exaclty the same thing!!
