Simon's very hesitant when it comes to asking people to do something, from his main channel to the podcast. The fact that they only had about 5-6 guests in their first 100 episodes kind of proves it. He has his regulars between JJ, Talia, Tobi and Theo. They have improved in recent times but someone like Simon should be getting high profile guests pretty easily.

I think Simon is a considerate friend (not saying Chip and Cal aren’t) so he is less inclined to ask the Sidemen/high profile guests cause he knows how busy they are and he doesn’t want to contribute to them being burnt out… and he’s said that this is the reason before 🙌🏽 And Cal and Chip don’t hang with Ethan as much as Simon does so they get to talk things out a bit more so it’s a win for us all 😄
