Neither is CSTO nor NATO part of the war. Iran is supplying drones to Russia, not part of the war. North Korea is supplying shells to Russia, still not part of the war. If Belarus wanted to join fight, the had more than 20 months to do so. Has anything in Belarus changed so much that they would now be compelled to be involved in a war, that is not theirs?
