I saw what you described as being ghost-like yesterday. My initial response to what I saw was it was a giant catfish, but it kind of dissolved, so I thought, well, maybe it was a shad school, not having any knowledge of this beforehand.

Question, I bought a 93uhd2. When in black emerald sidevu, it has a very slight flicker, like very suttle. It doesn't affect anything, but only with black emerald with brightness up. Do you see that with any of your new screens?

My guess it’s all about angle, not about mass. A big crappie from head or tail vue, not much of eco. When it give you a side vue it will be big.

That does make sense but at the same time, a catfish I get it’s a bony head but it’s body is muscle and fat and stripper, carp, pike. All big and they show up clearly.

I was fishing yesterday and the top beam on my transducer quit for about a hour then came back on and worked fine the rest of the day. Its a LVS34 in the forward mode. Any one else heard of that happening??
