A couple of years ago, I sold my buy-to-lets and invested in Bitcoin and XRP. The profits have been insane, and I’ll never go back to property investing. Robert at MicroStrategy is using Bitcoin as a proxy, potentially tax-free. With Trump pushing the U.S. further down the Bitcoin path, the future looks bright for this limited-supply asset. I’m all in.

So, there is one area I followed very closely. The USA can't stop talking about its own engineering (Tesla, Nikola, etc.). The reason China is winning the battery race is because several venture cap companies invested, around 2010, in Chinese, Dutch. Swedish and Croatian startups building, wait for it... cars and with that comes battery innovation and much else. Can any of you name one of these companies? So, do you know how much any of these European players like Fisker or Rimac would have loved a GM or Ford partnership or cash injection? Well, Rimac Automobili has major contract with Porsche today, it took over Bugatti, and is building a campus that is more innovative than Apple's Cupertino campus. Look it up, it is located in Sesvete, a suburb of Zagreb.
