Great points! I definitely agree with these. I’m trying to get my friends and their partners to play board games instead of going out. We’ll start saving a lot of money. Or it’ll be cheaper

I love both video games and board games since I was a kid, but recently I enjoy board games more. Aside of taking a rest from screen, video games nowadays gets more boring. Narrative games with low replayability, grindy gacha games (which feels more like a chore than fun) etc. I'd like to try open world/simulation video games but I can't afford latest consoles or higher spec PC. With a good care, boardgames can be played anytime anywhere even without electricity or internet. Sure boardgames can be quite expensive too but hey, at least Print and Play boardgames is a thing ;)

I’ve found board games can be enjoyable too without devoting hours to grinding to upgrade a character or getting your skill level better.
