They didn't focus on hindi market because collection from south indian states are enough for them. And also entering into Hindi market will take some time. At present they are just experimenting by investing less in hindi rights. That is the reason Pushpa hindi rights given to goldmines. And also professionalism depends on team work and management. In Hindi industry once a decision is made by big chairperson , it's never gonna change, even it destroys a film. But in South , they even change title in last minute if it not suits the film.

What if it takes really a good 4 years time to make a film with utmost care, labour & passion? We are too much accustomed of hearing Akshay Kumar finishing films in 40 days! There are classics around the world which took half a decade & in some cases a decade to put together & execute! Look how much time Avatar 2 is taking from its announcement! Audience should judge a film only by the end product, not how many years did it take to shoot or even how much money did it make at the BO. It only boils down to whether I liked the film or not.

They take time to write movies. Not to execute them. Hollywood takes minimum time to shoot a film. They have multiple units shooting same film. They shot mission impossible in 35days

They can write a mediocre script in lesser time like Bollywood, Tollywood and finish a film in 3,4 months (which means more profit). Is it because the really care for the art & craft? Or their are other reasons..
