I am glad you decided to buy it. Yeah, location is key. I am not sure how long it may take to get the roads up and running. Hopefully by that time, they get done you don't lost allot of profit. I strongly agree with having a good management team to help and train new employees. Sometimes it is hard to find the right employees and managers, but going through a few bad apples you may find the perfect ones. You always do a great job. You do your best. I am proud of everything you have done. I can't wait to see the new updates on the building.

Hey grant ! I think it's an "A" location. I notice a Gym literally next door to it and unless it's closed i believe building the correct partner ship with that gym would definitely be beneficial for both businesses!
