I love that you showcase the actual attack animations and how they work on screen, rather than just the theoretical numbers everyone else shows on screens. As a newcomer, I can easily appreciate this being explained and even when I had a quick Neuvillette test in the previous summer event, I had no idea how to use him (or any other characters) properly, as no one really explains that you have to hold down charged attack for most of his damage. I guess most people creating these videos expect users to have a base knowledge or just get up to speed, but it's great having newbie friendly stuff like this. Subscribed and looking forward to more content like this as I plan on pulling for Raiden + Chevreuse.

I didn't respond because I didn't login and see this notification until today and I rarely respond to YT comments because of people like you two, but I'll indulge you this time. This was the first video from this particular person and I happened to like it. I watched a few that I either liked (SevyPlays, Juice, Zy0x, SharkH3art) or disliked (Eakes, JelloImpact, all the AI voice/animation ones) for various reasons, but most would talk about the skill, burst etc, without actually showing the animation of the skill / hold / burst and explained what it is. e.g. "Hold E and don't let go or you'll mess up your Neuvillette charge." As mentioned, I am new, and I've only seen a handful of videos from each of those channels so while there may be some that do showcase these elements, I do not recall seeing a single one that outlined it like this, and based on the amount of comment likes, a bunch of people agree. Don't know why you've got a stick up your butt.

As mentioned in the respond ot the other comment, this is the first time I saw this, and I even outlined the very issue I had with Neuvillette. Not everyone does it and as a newcomer to the game it's glaringly obvious. Most Genshin youtube content is catered to players that have been playing for a long time. Newbie friendly videos do exist, but are far less available, or maybe I've just been unlucky in the channels/videos I've watched, but based on the amount of likes my previous comment got, I highly doubt it.

I've only ever used Chevreuse briefly in some test scenarios, but this guide may motivate me to try her again in a more substantial way.

Just got Chevreuse from Kinich banner. This was a good explanation of her kit and use. She seems to be good at her niche. (Funnily enough now I know not to build her because I don’t play any of the teams she shines in. Saved me a lot of farming :)

My team is Arlecchino, Raiden, Beidou, and of course Chevreuse. Beidou gives Arlecchino much needed damage reduction and her C2 assists with electro spread, while Raiden ensures constant overload reactions with her E skiil. Her burst is a cherry on the top as Arlecchino is absolutely destroying enemies with Chevreuses buffs and resistance shred.

As well, this team has excellent ER so Raidens Ult is up fast and Arlecchinos Ultimate is always ready in a pinch for survivability. Super fun team, especially when you have constellations for all of them. I'll be pulling on Raidens banner to perfect the team with Chevreuses C6 and Raidens C2

@@Daddy_Of_soraML yes. Sara is support for Raiden, not Arlecchino, and Benny's circle drains Arlecchinos blood debt, as well as making her vulnerable to getting hit with reactions due to the circle doing pyro damage.

It's also temporary. Benny is still a good support, but if I use him I'll have 3 pyro and lack sufficient electro spread.

The true strength of Chevy is the fact that her res shread and atk buff is basically permanent and can be applied from of field, this is not something that matters much until you use a character that have strict rotation like clorinde raiden and to some extent yoi, character like arle who have easy access to vv whenever she like generally much prefer kazuha over chevy even though chevy team is also a one in many strong team arle have

The chance of getting a character I want from standard is abysmally low and the 4* characters I want probably won't be on the 5* character banners I want Like lol, I've had Raiden since 2.1 and Sara's only ever been on Raiden banners (which is why she's still C1 rip, I don't pull for Raiden cons) I risked it this time bc I really wanted at least a C0 Chev and I got Sara's C1 as well as a Chev finally after 60 pulls (awfully close to soft pity, I was sweating lol) You're right, pulling for a 4* isn't very wise, but don't discourage others from trying to get the character they want. What if they WOULD actually get that character if they risked it and pulled like I did? If you always wait for a 5* you want to be on the banner while pulling, you won't have half the 4* characters in the game, which I would argue is worse than accidentally getting a few 5*s early

I just leveled up my Chevreuse a few weeks ago and I gotta say she is one of the best characters to have in my team comps, especially Raiden Triple Pyro. She helps my Raiden destroy most of the bosses in-game and she's been a great character to have.

She's the most convenient, if not most potent, overworld healer by a long shot. Half the reason she's my favourite pyro support is just because she makes overworld sustain a breeze. A quick tap E with a HP Chevvy and you can restore a large amount of HP for the active party member without a long cooldown or forcing you to stand in one area like Furina. C6 gives her a nice team heal too

Baizhu is the only one I've personally used as a better out-of-combat healer. His heal is on a shorter cooldown and heals the whole team whereas Chevreuse's needs you to cycle between the characters. She'll usually take two to three casts to top everyone off, and Baizhu also usually takes two or three, but he can get three casts off for every two of Chevreuse's and doesn't have to switch off like she does.

This video inspired me to build chev and boy she is so good for electro pyro teams. A very good substitute for bennet when i want to use kuki or sara to save my units for theater troupe Plus i managed to lock on to a far away enemy and it just sent the bomb like a cannon. So hilarious

Great guide. I run a Chev, Dehya, Fischl, Raiden/Kuki team. The Kuki version needs a little more investment and Dehya needs more DPS. The Raiden version is very smooth. Then Benny and Kuki are available for the other team.

On Raiden's 4.3 rerun I got Chevreuse C4. Fast forward to 5.0 Got her C6 + C1 Raiden + C1 Mona. Her last 2 cons cost me 172 wishes 😅 While getting her C6, I also got C6 Thoma (I wanted him so badly to play burgeon Thoma), C4 Sethos, 2 fav swords. Not Bad IMO.

45k hp and C3 allows her to tick at ~3750 hp in my build. Song of Days Past records 4 instances of Chevreuse's healing which adds up to its cap of 15k healing for the damage bonus. (3750*4=15000) and the buff is 8% of 15000 which is a 1200 FLAT damage bonus after 4 instances of Chevreuse's healing.

Still for this team rotation is raiden skill, chevruse skill(hold), bennet burst(4pc noblesse on him), xiangling burst, then raiden burst. Build ur characters good, and rhis team will shred every abyss floor.

ok so my team in abyss is keq,fisch,chev,benett. i have 36 starred 2 Abysses playing pyro keqing... i c6ed my benett so when i used him with this keq team i did more dmg with my charged attacks so having a pyro goblet instead of electro goblet just made me clear faster. my keq set was jadecutter with 4pc glads 80/270 80k dmg charged attacks kinda felt really strong. fischl also did a lot cause overload reactions were always up

​@@ATRcs22The best team for Keqing is aggravate or Nahida/yao yao Kazuha/sucrose, and Fischl. Kuki and collei are also very good. Her main stats are Atk, Electro goblet, and crit circlet. Her best artifact is 4pc thundering fury. Em also works instead of atk. Substats are (atk, crit, or em) 2 pc thundering fury and 2 pc atk% are also good. 4pc glad works but most of her damage is from charged atks. Her talemt priority is NA > BURST > SKILL Remember to build your supports, they are EXTREMELY important.

Balance her stats are being kinda of a pain, I want her to have dmg while also do the support for clorinde, and so far 60-120 crit with 150 ER but 39980 HP so close yet so far… I can renounce to that 1% atk buff and deal with the ToC of not reach the 40k HP

You can give her anything honestly Dehya doesn't do much damage even when built as a dps, but ideally you want HP/pyro/crit on her and Vourukasha (if you actually use her burst)/Golden Troupe (if you don't use her burst) Bc Dehya doesn't tank more even if you build extra hp on her, may as well make her deal more damage for that 1% increase in team dps lol But again, it doesn't really make a big difference, just throw leftovers on her if you don't want to farm

No, her build can stay the same regardless of which DPS you are using her with. You'd need to use another set if you were using Noblesse oblige on Chevreuse and another support also has it for whichever DPS it is, but other than that, nothing changes.

I think razor team would be good with thoma for pyro application and fischl for energy, and gaming can be used with beidou and fischl (or kuki, if you dont use her in other teams, since what we want here is electro application)

I don't understand why you recommend Noblesse and Favonius, when the most important thing about her is to reach 40k HP and just use her skill. I have a 2 piece 2 piece of HP% artifacts, all pieces with HP%, of course, and a HP% weapon and I still only have 43k HP. Also, you don't really need her burst, as all of her buffs come from her skill, so if you are only interested in using her as a buffer, then you don't need ER.

Thankfully i have chevy from her release. Even at c2. But good god this banner hates me. 5 4* pulls so far (approaching max pity for raiden). I have pulled 3 thomas in a row and 2 4* weapons. No other chevies or even kujo saras

screw mihoyo. they should add new 4* in the paimon shop. c6 chev is almost impossible unless you sacrifice primos on a 5* you dont like. edit: the beidou slander is quite prevalent. like did these guys actually played enough of her? beidou is better than fiscl in most cases (your onfield dps primarily use NA/CA). her energy issues have been resolved a long time ago with inazuma. come on. im running her solo electro most of the time yet i didnt encounter energy issues. ofcourse if there are 2 single target boss chambers fiscl is preferable, but it's baffling when people insist on using fiscl on mutitarget/wave chambers.

Agree on the shop but... What? Beidou isn't better than Fischl, they're completely different. Fischl provides more uptime and more instances of electro damage as well as is universal (doesn't necessarily need NA to hit unlike Beidou) while Beidou gives interrupt res and damage mitigation as well as much better AoE electro damage if you use NAs They're both good in different cases, but Fischl is the better unit to build bc she's universal and doesn't have as many issues in her kit (Beidou still does run into energy issues even at 200% ER if you don't run a battery and you can't consistently get her counter for 4 particles every rotation, and Beidou has 5s of downtime unlike Fischl)

Is Keqings trash overload teammate with Chevreuse just beacuse Knockback enemies like Robots or Beasts can be knock back too easily especially Human than Tribe low level?
