Considering how many people are always asking for strong black female characters in Hollywood, why has a movie about this woman not been made? Instead of making up a strong female, you have a real life example of one, but no one wants to use her? It doesn't make any sense. Hollywood is messing out on a major opportunity for an epic story here.

The Kush forces plundered the cities and enslaved the Romans, before retreating to El-Dakkeh where the first skirmishes of the four-year Meroitic-Roman war began. The Meroitic-Roman war stands out as a key juncture in both Nubian and Roman history. However, the Roman's ultimately dominated in the end. She did not defeat the Roman empire as it was the Roman empire who won

History is not eurocentric History is history...its the interpretations by eurocentrists that obscure actual history Modern racism as we know it didnt even exist in the ancient world...the Ancient Greeks routinely mention Black Africans with awe and admiration at their civilizations and knowledge The father of Western literature, Homer, even says that the Greek gods are best friends with the Ethiopians The Ancient Persians for example had within their army all types of people under the sun...from Black Nubians to Blonde Scythians and everything in between The Romans as well made peace with the Nubians and enjoyed centuries of diplomatic and trade relations with them...Black Africa was an early hotspot of Christianity which is why Ethiopia has some of the oldest churches in history Ancient Egypt and Ancient Nubia worshipped the same gods and held the same religious practices for thousands of years The first astronomers in history were practicing mathematics in the Nubian Desert thousands of years before Nubia or Egypt even existed

Hello and thank you for your interesting, yet entertaining content and delivery (and the treat of listening to your gorgeous voice ;-) ). As it seems to irk many commenters that the video's title claimed Roman "defeat", would it not help bury the hatchet if the word were replaced with the more neutral "challenged"? Rome never conquer the Axum empire( present day Ethiopia); in Fact they had diplomatic trading with them, being they had trade route to India and the east but never conquered … plus how they going to do that if they never even conquer Meroe (which is the name of the kush kingdom that the Kandake Amanirenas came from) ? In order to conquer the Axum you have to conquer the Cushites…plus when the Romans destroyed Napata, it didn’t scare them away because they already moved to their new capital Meroe which was further south…. Meroe was eventually consolidated into the Axum after the kingdom, start declining after the war.

Its simple juice was a nerd with talent and willingly let himself get played and used by everyone around him even the inspiration for his music was disingenuous, maybe thats why so many young people like him cuz he represents the self centeredness and delusuion and victimhood that young people have before growing up and i also think the ovver examination of their relationship to make it it deeper is just reaching . Alli was a jump off for rappers on the road. They were smart enough to fuk and move along . And just remember shes like what 7 years older tham him im sure she found the relationship cringe as fuk cuz it was just remember women are more mature then men and probably done alot more sleeping around than you. So if your with an older girl and your like 19 to 23 theres 90 percent chance your getting played just like him . She was always going to stay 5 steps ahead of him but unfortunately he passed in the most highschool way , i know cuz before i graduated theres at least 10 people in my school that died from oxy real oxys. YOU HAVE ONE OF THE MOST SUPERIOR VOICES FOR LEARNING AND INTELLIGENCE SERIOUSLY ONLY A FEW PEOPLE NATURALLY HAVE THAT VOICE IN MEN SPECIFICALLY....THERE IS NOT ANYONE WHO WOULDN'T LISTEN REGARDLESS OF THEIR UNDERSTANDING....all the right influxes n everything... Distinguishable like some of the Actors who have the same MEMORABLE VOICE.. Leim Nieson, James Earl, Sean Connery, even John Travolta has it but his is different n soft and calm I think his voice is in his clef chin or something 🤣 lol but just wanted to say this to you....like your voice can wake a person up n deplete n dissipate their attitude about being awaken ...I bet your children if you have them LOVE LECTURE time 😅 ....lol I'm wild ...my dad didn't have the voice to listen ...he had the voice of an irritating rant struggling for attention so he talked so dang loud to get attention n if wakes you up talking you would have no choice but to be agitated.N you wouldn't remember NIT ONE POINT he made at all. His Co workers told him " he needs to get his SPEAKER THROAT CHECKED OUT" Haaaaa I REMEMBERED THAT cuz I was like OH THEY HEAR IT TO ...WTF are you talking so loud for AT BREAKFAST...im my Kat Williams voice ..." Ninja how are you GANG BAGGIN over EGGS N BACON, WHATS WRONG WITCHA "? LMAO It's amazing to me not only singing matters but just voice alone... I pay attention n can tell which people have a great singing voice just by hearing them talk. The ones that have a rasp can definitely sing ... I had been studying this as a child watching celebs n also training singing myself by sounding like different singers on key n pitch as much as possible. I learned I could sound like any singer ...n often did Mariah Carey on my dog walks cuz if I did it at home I'd get in trouble.. the only one I did in home was Whitney Houston showing my mom I could sing Always Love you n other Whitney songs. Oh m I mentioned John Travolta ..so I won't leave out Nicholas Cage cuz he had it to but it was on the verge of irritating...his voice is borderline BORING AF but still hooking....Idris Elba as well n that's why they put him in those ancient or comic book movies. He's perfect for A FEW POWERFUL Lines in the script..a go to if you will. Pretty potent. Whoever that man is that played Rumple Stulskin in Once Upon a Time ...and the man who plays Lokey also has it too .. During highschool there was a boy who's voice was so deep that he'd VIBRATE the walls it was amazing n we all the girls would always ask him to talk for no reason n wed sit there wit stars in our eyes lol .... Yea I know I know all the way OFF TOPIC but still interested COMPLIMENT ..your voice alone draws in & I just want you to know it n take well deserved pride in honing the skills to bring knowledge to whoever understands and is drawn. Read the book of the Just Man, AKA the book of Jasher, you will learn that Moses was there for 30ish of his 40 years in the wilderness and he was actually made their King until the young Son of the previous King became old and wise enough to rule. Moses was then given treasures and he was imprisoned by Reuel, one of the two main advisors to the pharaoh, Father of ziporah, who fed him for his 10 years of imprisonment. Upon his release while walking in the garden Moses saw a staff planted in the garden, staff was the staff Joseph carried, that had Yahweh name on it and he plucked it from the ground and Reuel seeing him with the staff gave his daughter to Moses making me think of the staff being like the many stories like the sword in the Stone.
