FOX Sports NFL analyst Mark Sanchez joins Colin Cowherd to break down Caleb Williams' decision-making to show why his skills will translate in the NFL. He then explains how Drake Maye resembles a Drew Bledsoe-like stature, along with how Jayden Daniels will pan out in the NFL and where Kirk Cousins will land next season.

Touch is more important than anything in my opinion. The QB's with the best touch are the best QB's.. Laying a pass into a spot where only your receiver can get it. Recognizing where the open area is or where your receiver will be open. That is why Purdy is successful. Brees, Brady, Montana. Amazing finesse and touch.

Colin said Kirk's stats are the same as Dak's. Kirk stats in regular season and playoffs are the same as JOE BURROW in regular season and in the playoffs. Burrow's defense in playoffs gives up 18 ppg and gets 13 turnovers - Kirk's defense gives up 28 ppg and gets 0 turnovers.

Landing on a team that has good coaching and a roster that has even average talent/depth matters tremendously. Justin Herbert has been affected by poor coaching and the team lacks talent in many positions. The analysts are always insisting that a team can be drastically improved by a single player at quarterback. They assign wins and losses almost exclusively to the quarterback performance. The recent years of Joe Flacco had resulted his inability to sign a contract as a free agent. He played horribly for the Broncos and Jets but he was instantly the miracle player for a desperate team with numerous injuries. He was able to be successful because the team had skilled players in all positions and respected coaches.

And how many QB's taken in the first 10 picks per year actually turn into a stud NFL player? One a year? Even in the famous Elway to Marino draft, Todd blackledge was the 2nd QB taken and was a bust. So I'm amazed when 3 or 4 are taken in the top ten, because odds are only 1 will work out.

It’s a new day in Chicago with Ryan Poles and CO. If you’ve been a Bears fan and follow the ins and outs of the dysfunction…it has changed without question. Ted Philips is gone! Kevin Warren and Ryan Poles are running the show. Now, this doesn’t mean the Bears are headed to the SB. It just means the dysfunction that has been going on for quite a while is not there anymore which is a positive. We’ll see.
