Thank you for this, I applied for EHCP assessment for my 19 year old son, they didn’t assess him As his needs were being met by his college, but his travelling cost, meals and equipment needs are not provided? I am trying to appeal for him but have gone part 2 months, I was advised by global mediation ltd to extend my decision letter to 2 more months and then contact the mediation team..
