Simply put… if you are Christian but you think the bread and wine after being prayed over are still a symbolic representation of Christ instead of the body and blood of Christ transubstantiated, then as Christians we are not in communion because the perception of the Eucharist is vastly different. It’s not exclusionary to have the airs of superiority, moreover, it’s protecting that which the Catholic Church knows and believes is sacred. A silly way to think about it is like this: if you know your friend doesn’t appreciate sashimi… don’t invite them to a sushi restaurant…they won’t value or appreciate the experience. Christians are of course welcomed into Catholic spaces as our brothers and sisters; and out of respect they should acknowledge our differences in tradition by crossing their arms to show they respect the Eucharist without partaking and receive a blessing instead. I wouldn’t take communion at a Protestant church because I don’t believe the blood and the body are symbolic. It’s straightforward and nothing to quarrel over or feel embittered about.

If the Catholics reckon communion means you are having communion with the Catholic religious institution then you shouldn't want to. Our communion is with Christ, not a political institution especially one that despises Christ as the actual leader of the church.

If you were somehow ported to 150 AD you would not be recognizable as a Christian.

if that's what it means to have communion in the ROman catholic church then any scriptural believer in Christ wouldn't want to partake. The Roman political religious institution and the concept of papact has nothing to do with the gospel or respecting Christ. We have faith in Christ, not in religious politics. There is one church and one leader. That leader is Christ , not some fake dictator and sexual oppressor in Rome.

Does that mean an Anglcian who was baptized as a baby and confirmed as an adult can receive communion at a Catholic mass. They check all the qualities of being in communion with God and the rest of the body, atleast from what I understand.

No they can’t, because they’re not Catholic. Receiving communion in a Catholic Church means you implicitly assent to her teachings. If you don’t you shouldn’t be participating. We are not allowed to receive in Anglican Churches because their priests do not have valid orders.
