Oh I play the game, and the 2 options for stockers on the management computer are either on/off working (moving at all), or if you want them to use unlabeled shelves for boxes if there's no room. The on/off working covers both stocking back room and the front of house shelves. When the working or not option is off, they go and hang out in the front of the store, not just stand where ever. So Arin just has a bug where they're frozen! Best to fire & rehire them.

41:10 the stockers are bugged out because they have no idea where to put anything because of the overstocked mess. I wish I was kidding. I'm not. They're at those shelves trying to pathfind on an item they need to grab, so you gotta do a process of elimination and grab stuff from that rack to see what they're trying to get.

I remember travelling through the burbank airport on my way home from Disney. It was this tiny, shrimpy, grungy port with like 3 terminals. To clear up what Arin was talking about, yes cold does feel good on the gooch. But you can't just put straight ice there cause that can burn and cause frost bite.
