Cannot comment on specific listings/properties that are not under contract by myself or my brokerage. But in a world where there was a bungalow style property, with a lot that allowed a duplex plus an ADU on it, a property like that selling for 600-650K would support an investment scenario that could work. maybe. Hypothetically.
