There are plenty of opportunities in the market for CAs, simply need to approach them through refrence,campus or direct call which i would suggest the most. Bcz me direct office me chala gaya apna CV leke... I didn't wait for their mails...agar tumare paas skills and learning attitude hai to tumhe job mil hi jayegi. Just dont sit at home and wait for someone to approach you.

Absolutely true I totally agree with this video. I also want to highlight few things here: 1. ICAI need to understand one thing that their is over supply of CA’s in market 2. Lack of basic communication skills in CA’s. 3. Please use AI softwares to make CV as most of the companies use AI tools to short list CV’s. 4. Freshers literally forward CV’s to anyone on LinkedIn without having any clarity about the company, roles, job description etc. 5. Fear mongering in freshers for big 4 by so called LinkedIn influencers. 6. Not willing to up skill or to even spend time for self development. 7. Becoming CA is an event not your entire life. Understand one thing this degree will work for you only when you work on it. I understand markets are hard, economy is trash but there’s a lot we can do to improve ourselves and work on our dreams.

Then when one should stop? Journey starts from 11th and all the way uptill you become CA. Then you have only that 60 days window for enjoy, upskill, built connection and blah blah. Then you get a job either in your desired role or company and many a time in no so desired role or company. Then you keep looking for growth, promotion etc etc. People other than CA says Ungrads+ MBA or doctors or engineering or law students or any other profession will get their chances to enjoy in between their journey but what about CAs then? Why all the scarifice is required from CA students ends only for perks(salaries) many a times don't justify effort to reward ratio. Ruke kaha sir?

Sir, i am a articled student. I am working in a very small firm where i have done tax audits of 2 LLPs and statutory audit of 2 small companies, i also file GST returns, GST refunds, Reply to GST notices, GST Audit. I have also done ROC works such as AOC-4, MGT-7A and LLP forms. I also accounting for a very small client. I filed Income tax returns for various individuals. I have a doubt which is haunting me for a long time. Can any company hire me while i am having little exposure. Will they train me for the work? I am ready to learn the new works, i have that attitude, but i am worried that whether i will get a job or not. I am not worried about the salary package, knowledge is more important to me. I know that with good knowledge and experience, i can get good packages. can you clear my doubt please, it is really stressing me out whenever i think about it.

Exactly sir can't agree more with you we are becoming outdated and I personally 100% outdated. We definitely need change sir. Sir I'm a semi qualified CA Have cleared ca final group 2 appeared for group 1 exam Sir I have only little experience post articleship even articleship was not that great I have career break also I was focusing on my exams and unfortunately it created infrequent work experience I want to build a career on r2r but I don't have any experience sir I literally love accounting but lack of exposure makes me worrying how can I get a job in good companies how can I build my career from this situation sir I need your guidance sir please

@@Rubo-m5h ohooo wishing you all the best for your future You have passed the exams and it is the first step of your successful career. Career break is a concern but we can overcome if get the right job role / position where we can explore our capabilities. And my situation is much more worse. A CA with career break is in a little bit better situation than not a CA with career break. So you are right on the track. I have to look forward for some good and actually useful online courses where I can get to learn new things. I don't want it free even I'm ready to pay few bucks. So if you or someone else can suggest me some good online courses that will be of real help. Again wishing you all the best.

My analysis is ICAI examination standards are out dated.. Eg in May 2024 attempt most of avg students cleared exams and in Nov 24 only extraordinary students along with May 2024 average students who got exemption will clear.. Next ICAI setting papers in such a lengthy way that there is hardly any time given for analysis and application of mind so those who study average but has excellent analytical and application skills are unable to clear exams but in practical life they excel in career.. Set the standards papers in every attempt and give students enough time to analyse and apply mind

I tried very Best to clear CA Exams ....i belongs to poor family.....hand to mouth....to achieve this i under went lots of painful process....i worked as Postman on temporary basis, i worked as Labour Jobber in bangles factory....but at the end of Journey....there is nothing in ny hand....best i opted to run Auto Rickshaw to tun my family. CA Degree is Just waste of Paper lying with me.
