It's a little tough for me that I've been obsessed with height since I was a freshman in highschool. (I'm 21 now). But back then I was lazy and there was no looksmaxxing stuff like there is now. If only I had this type of content when I was 14, I would have probably been a bit taller. Stuck at 5'9.5, best I can do is fix my spine (scoliosis) and reach 5'10 maybe 5'10.5, I don't think 5'11+ is possible unless I do limb lengthening. And I've been thinking a lot about getting that surgery. Facially I'm fine, I don't look bad, I also wear lifts everywhere so people assume I'm 5'11 but to be 6'1+ was always my dream. My looksmax goal when I was a kid was looking like young JFK jr because he has similar hair texture like me. But unfortunately I didn't reach that 6'1 height. I definitely could've done more to increase my height as a kid, but no information, no discipline. And it's not even about women, the fact that most my friends and classmates were taller than me by a lot really screwed me over mentally. If you could look back at forums and stuff I would ask how I could be taller, but I never did, and instagram has messed up my perception of height. I'm not even short, and yet i'm still pretty depressed about that.
