well yea of course top players would be at its peek as long as Riot dont, f*ck with their accounts making them lose most elo climb ladders most wont believe me but thats what riot does to the rest of the community, to make sure you lose most of ya games so you can come back playing it again, by manipulating your account to screw up your KDA

Why would riot try to make people lose games? That's what makes you rage quit uninstall, which loses them money. Also your logic makes no sense. It is literally statistically impossible for riot to make "the community" lose more then they win. In any given game half the players will win and half will lose. An individual player might go on a loss streak, and another might go in a win streak, but overall the community at large has exactly a 50 percent wr. Sounds to me like your coping about losing over and over again.
