As well as 90-95% of the population (Huge!) has had, and has the Epstein Barr Virus in them "forever virus" and the health implications this has at the root of diseases also. Then top these negatives with poor diet, it's no wonder God's human creation is plagued with diease. The scripture in the word that states my children perish for lack of knowledge, may have dual interpretations.

Do you all know of Any integrated metabolic Doctors such as yourselves, that would be in the LaSalle County areas of Morris, Ottawa, Peru, Spring Valley, Princeton. OSF is the Medical Provider in many of these areas; all connected to Peoria, IL. OSF To my knowledge and searching, I haven't found like minded Doctors in this area. I believe Dr Christy K was one that I looked at, but she was an Oncologist. Maybe you all can open a satellite office in LaSalle County. Ottawa could be a good location to center in LaSalle County.

How can someone who has no weight to lose do this? Eating more? More calories is difficult at times.

I'm not a Doctor, but here are some ideas. From listening to many Doctors who started on Keto and are now doing carnivore, and also women in general who need more calories; they add more fat to a meal, ie. Heavy cream to coffee/tea, scramble eggs in melted butter, steak/hamburger topped with cold butter, if you tolerate dairy; have a portion of cheese with meal, or cottage cheese, full fat Greek Yogurt (Walmart carries "Cabot" which is a High protein, full fat, best tasting Plain yogurt I have ever had. Aldi's also carries a whole milk Plain Greek yogurt, that is pretty good, but my preference is the Cabot Plain Greek at Walmart.

@@easybreezy5571 He may be a leader but is he right? His studies I have seen are very weak at best and many studies (vegan diet) say the opposite with far stronger evidence. Thats the way it appears to me but you can post stronger studies if you find any.

What are your thoughts on hydrogen water ?hearing, Great things about it. Improving mitochondria, getting rid of free radicals, food, allergies, and of host of free radicals that cause cancer

Studies have found that it could reduce oxidative stress, promote heart health, improve mood and enhance physical performance but it’s preliminary research. So if you use it, it’s potentially beneficial, but I think you have to weigh its costs. Focusing on other lifestyle changes may be more cost-effective
