Soo, becoming aware of these, Consciously aware of these disinpowering program when they appear in your moment by moment awareness YOU catch the programs, you become nonjudgmental or not engaging when stresssor come to mind. Now you are going to replace all of self sabotaging programs and stress ( notice I'm distinguishing )with POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS this will over ride all. Downloading positive affirming your energy, vibrating frequencies will rise. Now you talk about relationship/ friends they will align with you,you will attract to you friends that resonate with you and you them. Remember if you go chasing you don't have it. Thanks for your response. I'm currently being targeted. That would be the only drawback in finding a sole mate. There is nothing wrong with me mentally or physically. My women and I are chosen ones and I have more experience than her and have been teaching her what I know. Ive experienced lonely ness most of my life. I figured out how to control the antics of my energy and have gone pretty far with my abilities being with my women. It's about understanding your spirit and having control over it. The reason why you go through time alone is to find yourself with no distractions and after you find yourself you learn to love yourself. Then you learn to love everyone and then you can be your authentic self to find that someone who you were meant to be with. It has to be a real relationship with no cheating and complete honesty. It's within yourself to control.

Cause I was an asshole to all the people who loved me. My dad is/was a very angry person, I grew up around arguing and fighting.
