civil li he na bhai, bahut bura hal he market me, agar koi akele ek puri building bhi bana le from 0 phir bhi private company will never pay you good i have seen peole with 5-12 expereince know all about site quantity estimating , survey whole building construction , cpwd nomenclature tendering all but still not paid more than 40-45k , while same or half with IT making in lakhs thast too in Ac ,sat-sunday off, forget about off in civil field 24x 7 work
