If Artem has no witnesses/other evidence, that heard/shows both he and Conor agreed to anything it will be extremely hard to lift the burden of proof for Artem. Not impossible, though. Verbal contracts are legally valid but most legal jurisdictions have a time and/or monetary amount limit. Here in AZ in the USA its $50k and 1 year so I dont think this will stand up in court due to the sheer amount being disputed
