Schwartz didn’t gaslight her - she gaslit herself - some people do that they read too much into whatever chemistry is/isn’t there- I just feel sorry for Katie and Ariana not Jo. My theory is (probably not how it went down but here goes anyways) Tom was going through the divorce he felt lonely - Jo (Kristen’s good friend at the time) wanted in on reality tv or to be part of the group - Jo swooped in when she got Tom to a comfortable spot with her - she said the right things that she knew Tom would like (she was close with Kristen ) so she would have got an understanding of each of the group members and would have seen the dramas on television - I think She manipulated Schwartz - she already knew that Tom never has Katie’s back she knew that Schwartz would back her and when she saw Schwartz see the signs (listen to britany interview Schwartz on britany podcast - I didn’t watch the full interview I listen to some of it via another KZbinrs reaction to it) - hence Schwartz answers to the girls and his facial expressions and you can clearly see his frustration - usually if he does something wrong he cowers and shrivels up when answering the questions this one in the interview it looks like he’s being direct but no seems to be acting weird during the reunion - not looking anyone directly only Looking at Tom and she seems very fidgety - girl why you so fidgety - she’s whispering away while people are talking to her and Tom - she seems so odd - was she nervous? I don’t - I never like the sound of her lol
