Your spiritual journey is the most important aspect of your life. It keeps you grounded when it seems the world around you is falling apart. Because….guess what? The world has always been falling apart. History is full of the downfall of this and the downfall of that. The only constant in it all is the ability of the human spirit to thrive and create. It’s ok. We are strong vibrant creatures! And if you learn to be strong in your body mind and then your soul, especially with meditation, you can find joy in the midst of chaos. Today I am 75 years young and I see things happening that turn my stomach. So much evil. So much devastation from war and natural (?) disasters. But all of my 75 years have seen every aspect. And my parents before me. Two world wars. The depression. Vietnam ( don’t get me started on that one!) Inflation. Recession. Now Ukraine. And blessed Israel. Sweetheart….there will always be strife. How you center yourself and what you do to make the world better will determine your joy. Because you must have joy. Why else live. Recycle. Limit your use of plastic. Eat Whole Foods not GMO. Laugh. Run. Walk if you can’t run🤣like me. And keep creating and sharing your gift. And may God bless your life as He has mine. In abundance 🦋

Vera, thank you for such a lovely video. I agree with you 100%. I am older and I vividly remember the times before home computers and cell phones. The rhythms of the day were so nice. I choose not to subscribe to the craziness of the days. I get lost in my textiles. Have missed you and your videos, glad you are back and well. Your pieces are so nice. Yummy bread!

I love your work. Is there a way you can answer questions? I am working on a tapestry using the punch needle for the first time. I have many questions.
