My opinion is I believe that the Holts would have came to an end with or without the show because Martell just didn't stop with his cheating. Melody was at her breaking point with Martell. It could have been a great show if Carlos wasn't so messy.

They were separated when Carlos called her about the pilot. She didn’t even want to do it. They lasted as long as they did because of the show. Martell had a chance to turn things around at that point but he wouldn’t stop cheating even with the cameras rolling.

@qusan facts, Melody had left Martel and had her own apartment when this show got greenlit. When Carlos contacted her she said, I no longer can do the show cause I am filing for divorce. Carlos got her and Martel together and Martel told a lot of promises and lies that he was finished and just want his family back. Unfortunately Melody believed him once again.

THOUGHT to PONDER 08: The truth is…it may very well be TRUE that LAMH is the most unique reality tv show of all times that I have ever witnessed and Melody pitched the idea. The way Melody’s original idea for the show was meant to present a fresh perspective of life and start out excellent, only to have the executive producer be so envious as he recognized the greatness in her professional abilities that he switched up the narrative. He is like a little boy that wants to be the center of attention but nobody cares. And, instead props were given to the person who actually has the “it” factor that keeps the audience captivated. The EP’s level of LACK of professionalism is high because as a so-called professional, one would speak the truth about the good that Melody has achieved and film the show’s original concept. Yet, his choice to turn a fake blind-eye speaks volumes about his character and how no one can rely on his commentary because if he takes issues in the course of business “personal”, then he won’t give a truthful assessment because he operates off of personal emotions. The EP kept downplaying her vision and sabotaged the show’s ability to flourish by manipulating the stories to go left and minimize her business acumen.

THOUGHT to PONDER 10: It might very well be true that Melody Shari’s dream for her show may be considered the top reality show ever due to the authentic transparency of the main star of the show to be brave enough to bring such a raw sensitive view of her life that garnered the most REAL conversations in social media. By the viewing audience giving credence to the value of the viewer in a way I have never seen before, there is just something that was different initially that drew us in to Love & Marriage Huntsville. Kudos to Melody Shari for bringing something special to television and social media through her professional endeavors! CK knows this but he refuses to give Melody credit because he KNOWS Melody did something in these realms of media that no one else has done in my opinion. He even tried to transition to KZbin/social media because of Melody and the attention she received from content creators. He was envious again and still trying to use Melody’s blueprint himself.
