at the beginning of the narrative of the creation, Allah Almighty addressed the angels informing them of the creation of mankind and their placement on the earth as a successive authority one generation after the other. Allah said: وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً-الْبَقَرَةِ: 30 Al Baqarah (2) 30: And [mention, O Muḥammad], when your Lord said to the angels, “Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority.”

Free will works like this: Allah gave mankind and the jinns free will. The Angels are the only creatures without it. But that doesn’t mean Allah doesn’t know whether we’ll end up in hell or paradise because of it. Because Allah is the all knowing. He’s the first with no beginning and the last with no ending. He knew before we were even born what choices we would make and what is in our hearts. But by His will He gave us free will. We make our own choices and we’ll pay for it in the end. And when we say “by Allah His will” it means that Allah allows you to do these things, and why wouldn’t he? He’s testing us. He’s giving us space to earn good deeds but also to sin, as long as we repent for those sins.

@@VoorNuNogVerandern I'm muslim but i have a question....the question is kinda weird but idk i need the answer please.. so I'm saying that we say humans are the perfect creation of God, bc we have freewill and we get to do good things and bad things... while angels are just to obey Allah and They can not disobey him, and being arrogant and these kind of things are something that shaytan(satan) makes u do. i mean being (arrogant, lying...... etc) so the question is if angels are to obey Allah then why shaytan didn't obey Allah when Allah told shaytan to prostrate to adam? i hear some people saying that shyatan wasn't an angel, that's why.... so now if he is an angel.... why didnt he obey Allah? what made him be arrogant? another shaytan??!((which doesn't make sense) ) or is he not an angel and he is a jinn? if he is a just a jinn, well the question is answered... but i have always heard people say that shyatan was before an angel.. @@ayldem1215 he was not an angel, he is a jinn but because he used to worship Allah(swt) in such a good manner, God lifted him up alongside with the angels. Which doesnt mean that he was an angel but he was among their ranks.

The jinn were on earth for thousands of years before us so iblis become very jealous & envious when god created adam his pride got to him its not what Allah wanted its iblis making a choice because he had free will he failed the test basically

First of all i wanna say sorry for my bad english😂 because im not english. They are many people in the world (muslims included)who thinks that shaitan is a fallen angel like you guys. But as you've might guessed that is not the case. First we have to make clear what a angel is. A angel is a being created with light. It is a being with no own will. They worshipping Allah and Allah only. They dont drink or eat. There is no marriage between them. If Allah command the angels, they will do it immediately because they were created that way. A jinn is a creature that is created with fire. A jinn is like a human being. they have a will. They eat. They drink. There is marriage. They believe also in relegions. They live basically like us. But of course we can't see them. there is a big differences in strength and speed etc. (Diffrences in physically form) Shaitan is not an angel and he was never an angel. Im gonna tell you a little story about the life of iblees (shaitan). Before the first human was put into the world. The jinns lived in the world and the angels lived in the heaven. They had to worship Allah. They had to protect the earth and they were responsibility for the earth. After a long period of time they descended from the good path. They did only bad things etc. (According to some imams, they say that god send even prophets to them. To put an end to this. To bring them back to Allah. To bring love and peace. But the jinns didn't listen.) Allah send a army of angels to earth. The angels fought against the jinns. So there was a world war back then. the angels drive out the jinns to the oceans, sea's and abandoned places. According to the companions of the prophet (peace and blessing be upon him) there was one little jinn that didnt fought in the war (iblees/shaitan). One of the angels found him and brought him to Allah. He said: Oh Allah i found this jinn. He didnt fought in the war. What should i do with him? Allah said. Let him live along side you in the heaven. So.. that jinn lived along side the angels in the heaven. He grew up there. He worshipped Allah. Like the angels he got wings. He worshipped Allah thousands and thousands of years. this continued until he gained a big status from Allah. A status that he was the leader of the angels.. after a long period amount of time this jinn sprang up a seed in his heart. A seed with self admiration. Becaus he thought." Look.. who has accomplished what i have accomplished. I am a jinn in the heaven along side the angels and i am even better than the angels.( because why; the angels are a strict creature they don't have anything bad in their system. They are from beginning to end good. They have no free will. But a jinn does have a free will and while he has a free will to do something bad he chose to do something good. And that lead him to a leader of the angels) i am also better than the jinns because the jinns are on earth and i am in the heaven. I am the best creature off Allah. I am the favourite off Allah. He had self admiration and that seed grew up in his heart. eventually after a long period off time it went from self admiration to arrogance. One day Allah said to the angels " i am gonne put a new being in on earth. A being that will continue generations long. A being that will take the responsibility of earth. And when iblees heard this he was happy. He thought "who qualifies more here than me. I am the favorite of Allah. I worshipped him thousands off years. I live along side the angels. Who is in a better position than me." When the angels heard that they asked Allah " are you going to place creatures on the earth that will cause destruction and pour blood. while we praise and glorify you." they thought they were better qualified for that job. Because they saw how the jinns acted on earth. The angels had doubts on themself." Maybe we didnt pray enough for god. Maybe we did less" The diffrence between this jinn an the angels Jinn- i am the one Angels- we have failed god This is a short story off shaitans life and i hope ive put some knowledge to you guys. God doesn't want people to disobey Him (because it's our own loss if we disobey God and do evil). But people do evil because God allows this to happen. The reason being this worldly life is a test. We are all undergoing a test in this world. And the results will be on the Day of Judgment.

God doesn't interfere with our free will or the jins. The video didn't say that God wanted Adam and eve to eat the apple. One of the qualities of God is all knowing It befits him to know everything before it happens. For example if a teacher gives you a test and one of the questions is difficult and didn't go overit with you beforehand. There's a chance of you making a mistake and getting that question wrong. The teacher could help you but instead gives you the free will and the chance to answer it yourself. We're not designed like the angels they're perfect. But they don't have a free will like mankind and jins.

The devil was not an angel thats a christian belief. In Islam shaytan was a jinn because angels cant disobey God they do as they’re commanded:)

brother, Allah does not get mad at you for questioning things, he created you and knows questions are the bases for learning. If you do not question anything, you are no differerent than non muslims and those on the wrong path, for they believed what they were told wthout questioning.
