Read right you who is saying Apostle Paul was referring to the church at Corinth, verse 37 says,the things which I write to you are the commandments of the Lord; now tell us do the commandments of the Lord apply selectively or they come from God through His mouth, the prophets down to every Tom and Dick where ever they are ,under the sun. The things of God are for those that believe and not for the unbelievers. Apostle Peter never argued or tried to reason when the Lord commanded him to follow Him,why,because it was given him to believe and live,but some started reasoning and questioning as to why,until the Lord told some to let the dead bury their own dead ,and went on to command them to go and preach the Kingdom of God.

It was said to the Corinth church women, please read the context of the situation why Paul said that to Corinth church!! Don’t pick up verses for your own good!! See what he wrote for Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus ( this context is different women where not like Corinth church women) in this whole sermon he is degrading women and there power! Holy Spirit can use anyone.. Deborah was a judge!! And she judged the whole country not just women! 😀

Just Paul said to the Corinth church to not talk or peach because they had temple prostitution in the church and women’s were treated mainly for that.. to put that down Paul said that, so please read the context of the situation.
