His wife had already lost faith earlier but seeing his husband in getting comfortable in working with other female stars she might feeling lack of Islam beliefs in both of them. she was following same route as imran earlier but it is our fault we remove Islam from our life when it comes to us and apply on others,and yeh jealousy is a thing but a relation is built between man and woman who have islamic values to even some extent there is also help of Allah(swt) which makes it strong, challenges are a part of life but not to this extent. Except few celebrities all are now going towards that direction only. Today we Muslims are just "muslim"by name😞
