If you're trying to explain why PSG fans boo'd him that's an absolutely awful reasoning. The reason PSG fans are salty to messi, is because its contribution to the club felt like te wasn't really caring. -Very Few UCL goals and less than 20 goals in ligue 1 -Eliminated in the french cup by Marseille, which PSG would humiliate at home 2 weeks later with Mbappe back on field, prooving that Mbappe was far more important to the team than Léo. -overall attitude and playstyle that (even tho you couldn't argie was due to him aging and trying New stuff) felt like he was on litteral vacation and just assisted to Mbappe once a match, like it was some kind of part Time job Missing training session and overall being seemingly unconcerned with the club To an audience like those of PSG fans, who believed, rightfully so, to be an institution of french football, his passage felt like, at best, a fluke, at worse, an absolute disrespect of everything things the fans supported. Now i Heard that messi and his family never truly integrated into the team or the city of paris, and that could explain some things.
