During WW2, the Japanese army captured the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and then gifted them to the Azad Hind Fauj, which was being led by Subhash Chandra Fauj, fighting for independence against the British at that time. and after independence andman and Nicobar is part of INDIA

The UK created Pakistan primarily as a buffer state against Soviet Russian expansion during the Cold War period. This is why the UK also supported the move in Gilgit to accede to Pakistan in November 1947, as it would create a barrier against the Soviets. However, they did not want to allow Pakistan to gain additional strategic strength in Asia by giving it control of island chains in the Arabian Sea (Lakshadweep) and the Bay of Bengal (Andaman/Nicobar). This is why India was allowed to take over these islands. Based on the demographics of Lakshadweep, Pakistan may have had a claim on them, but India had already taken them over before Pakistan made any effort to get them.

As per latest reports the amount of oil and gas in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands is enough to meet India's demand for 70 years. The extraction is not easy though as it requires deep sea drilling.

Lakshweep has 36 islands out of which only 10 are inhabited but they are not the natives they migrated from Kerala and has similar language and culture like Kerala. Back then lakshdweep and Kerala had no identity as they were part of madras. Lakshdweep population was in thousands so even if they had voted fro pak they still would be part of india (just like hindus of sindh) however sadly they never were interested in pak, as pak is totally a different place with no similarities with them. As they came from kerela they consider themselves as malayali. Not just them but majority of Muslims of south india never voted for pak. About Andaman and Nicobar we got it from Japanese not Britishers

Your map is fake. Pakistan did not include J & K which in 1947 was a princely state. After the clandestine attempt by Pakistan to annex Kashmir the Maharaja then acceded Kashmir to India under a document of accession. Pakistan should look at this document and be educated rather than saying that India has illegally occupied J & K. There are more human right violations by Pakistan in Balochistan, Sindh and on minorities. Jinna should be fortunate that there were stupid leaders like Nehru and Gandhi that jinnah was able to wrestle a large and fertile piece of land to be caller Pakistan.

Ab sab inhe chahiye. 1947 mein partition plan mein clear clear decide hua tha. North west india k muslim majority states Baluchistan sindh NWFP . Pakistan ko poore milne the jo mile. Punjab and bengal india and pakistan mein divide honge. Jo hue. Sylhet jo assam ka muslim majority division tha usme referendum hoga.jo hua Princely state will decide depending on ground realities i.e if pakistan or indian border meet these states.
