I have been a prolific Three Principles facilitator for nearly 20 years, trained with Sydney Banks and Dr. Roger Mills, and the free video resources I co-created to share the Three Principle have had over 2 million views so why have I stopped teaching the Principles?
Why do I now share 'Whoallity®'? BECAUSE NEVER in my almost 30 years of experience have I seen such PROFOUND results as I have now that I share and guide others to embody Wholality® This is LIFE CHANGING!
Wholality® is not just an understanding, but a new way of seeing that arose from Jules' near-death experience. It is what took Jules out of homelessness, took her through the loss of her daughter to a fatal car accident with love and compassion. It also guided us through the return of our son. We call it Wholality® because there is NOTHING that it isn't. Embrace the Whole Power that enlivens you!
This webinar is an honest, heart-felt, and transparent sharing answering this question. It is also controversial and I feel needed for the Three Principles community.

Thank you both for your honesty & your ongoing contribution. I didn't hear anything controversial in this! I like to think of the form that a teaching takes as being merely the springboard that we can utilise to help us go beyond the form, and ultimately beyond all forms. It's super tempting to cling to the teachings that have helped to free us from where we were before, but sooner or later we find ourself boxed in by what once seemed so liberating. I have absolutely no doubt that Sydney Banks understood this very clearly, hence his repeated injunctions to not listen to his words, and to not become a follower of any teacher or dogma. To thine own Self be true! Much love to you both 🥰

Why did I stop participating with the 3P coaching community? Because it's okay to change your mind. Because that's what growing and evolving is all about. Because I don't like to fall into dogmas or philosophical positions that pigeonhole and condition. I like to be open to learn from all psychospiritual disciplines, from all philosophies of life, from all Masters - ancient and modern - taking from each one of them what resonates with my own feeling, in order to create my own "recipe", with my own "ingredients", being faithful to my truth and essence, and using my own vocabulary.. 💗 So, I understand your feelings, Rudy and Jules. Thank you for being honest and brave and so beautiful souls. You've helped me get back to myself. 💗 Love from Argentina.

Thanks for this Rudi and Jules it defiinitely needed to be articulated, I sense many run in fear from the '3p police'. The 3p's as a teaching needs to flexible and adaptive otherwise it's rigidity will stifle it's message, I'm sure that Syd would not recognise this rigidity as part of his message and has said as much many times. This is the trap many religions and teachings have fallen into over the years and the truth and purity of the message is lost. Bravo - Much love xxx

Thanks for sharing this so courageously in front of your existing and newly formed communities - most people will agree with the points you made - “you don’t need to defend the Essence” or Truth - because of our fragmented mindset (ego) grasping only parts of the Whole (Truth - divine essence) we do need a teaching structure otherwise the ego starts appropriating a spirituality that supports itself and not a spirituality that expresses the Truth - my choice A COURSE IN MIRACLES, discerns for me very unambiguously betWEEN TRUTH and illusion - this is a life-path map and answers all the questions we generate on our earthwalk - it honors all other nondual traditions as “different languages” expressing the Essence Jules was referring to - the RED light for me is when a teaching starts to dogmatise, control, it eventually implodes. Looking forward to read your book

I appreciate this so much! I have found the work of Sydney Banks about three months ago when I was going through a very difficult time and was filled with anxiety and PTSD. The idea that we have in the physical and mental well-being immediately resonated with me and I had a huge shift! Open till then I was listening to several other teachers whose perspectives were helping me greatly as well as my meditation practice. I began to try to understand the three principles more and I found the more I try to understand them the more I got stuck in my head and was moving away from the experience of my true self. I thought that if I understood it I shouldn’t need any practices so I continued to read and watch videos but then was told on groups that I was thinking too much so I felt like if I tried to learn more and understand it I was thinking too much but if I stopped listening and reading I would have insights at times and certain things going on in my life women mind was quiet but still struggled greatly with the “how” to get there because everybody said there was nothing to do. Yet there were ways of redirecting my attention that I was very familiar with for my practices that could greatly help to that space of emptiness. So after I saw the comment trying to understand the three principles was I just went back to listening and doing what felt good. I’ve made great leaps and strides in a short amount of time and have learned how to be with very difficult body sensations and challenging life situations. I’m going to hell not to get stuck on what I was calling PTSD anymore as I am no longer afraid of the energy moving through and this came through listening to what teachers resonated the most with me regardless of what teaching, path or religion they were considered. There are still a few perspectives that Sydney Banks has shared that helped me and still help me greatly as do many other teachers but most of all the most important teacher, my heart. I look forward to reading your book!❤

So true - too much time immersed only in 3Ps and I felt SO boxed in. Especially when low moods hit and you have no options except to see it as thought and allow it to change in its own time, and any techniques like affirmations or meditation or visualisation are frowned upon by the “community”. Thanks for speaking up Rudi - I totally resonate with your message !

I haven't taken any trainings within the 3P community so I haven't heard and experienced so many rules. But when I hear someone say you can't do something I automatically turn off. I do yoga and meditate at times because it's my wisdom pointing me to do this. If someone says don't do that it just says to me that is not the person that will help me find more about myself. I also find it strange when people think that Syd invented the principles and that 3 P is unique but like you so well Express it it's just an interpretation of the same thing that lots of spiritual teachings are about. I grew up in a Christian home but fell out of participating because of the rules. But I still believe in the fundamental principles it's built on. Not the interpretation. I really enjoyed listening to this. I know my wisdom will guide me to listen to what is good for me and not fall into a blindsided follower.

I haven't came across any rules with 3P, it says nothing needs to be done and that you can do anything you want. I wonder if people who haven't understood 3P have been trying to guide others. But the best approach is the path that works for you. If 3P doesn't then it's of no use!

Everything you are saying is completely true!!! And I thought I was going crazy because this is how I felt ! I was blocked by someone who is teaching the 3 ps because I commented on someone’s posts SHE shared , I asked the gentleman if he was in the 3ps ? He said no and that he didn’t like that route because it can make ppl go into a hamster wheel and feel very confused. I said yes that exactly how I felt . I was very confused and I don’t listen to much 3ps content anymore. But it did help me out. I mentioned this conversation to a coach that I was in her membership , and she seemed to understand where I was coming from but she told the other woman about it which led for that woman to block me from her page . I had emailed this woman about why I couldn’t find her page because I was trying to share it with a friend and she told me that she had a conversation with my coach and that she didn’t like my behavior and the way I spoke about the 3ps was way different from the way I have spoke to her about it. And that she wanted her social media to be a safe space for her to post . I explained that I was confused is to why she was sharing a persons page that was not 3 ps related because from what I understood you had to “stay in the understanding “ and that yes I was very confused with the 3ps and I don’t watch any more content about it because I don’t feel like I need to . And that’s how my journey is with the 3ps and that’s how I will always explain my journey. She then said “thank you for clarifying that you can now have access to my page , and that she was very confused by me because I have mentioned I wanted to be a trauma 3ps coach and she didn’t understand why I would talk about it like that “ but I no longer wanted that access because I felt like I was being bashed for speaking my truth and for speaking about my journey with the 3ps , I automatically wanted nothing to do with even becoming a coach because I should be able to speak on how I feel with out the judgment or feeling like I was wrong. I then unfollowed a lot of 3 ps content because I just knew deep down inside that yes this has helped me out a lot but I didn’t want to be apart of something that ppl made me feel like speaking my truth was wrong. I know deep down inside that I don’t need to be in a membership to understand this or be apart of anything constantly to understand this. Even when I didn’t listen to anything that was 3ps for a long time I had more insights. But I was told I had to stay in the conversation.
@christieguzman591
@christieguzman591 Жыл бұрын
I also want to add that the more I tried to understand the 3ps the more I felt in my head and when I would mention it to my coach or anyone in the 3ps they would say “oh you’re thinking about it too much just let it be “ 😒 I felt like if I did anything that wasn’t related to the 3ps I was doing it wrong. So then I felt more stressed. I just signed myself back up for therapy because I actually like therapy and they made that seem like it was wrong and that therapy has it all wrong.
@christieguzman591
@christieguzman591 Жыл бұрын
I do feel like the 3ps has helped me a lot especially understanding that I don’t have to fear my experiences and how I work as a human being I just feel like it can get very complicated when you have “coaches “ who make you feel like you’re experience is wrong.

People who are truly in love with humanity dont boycott others. It no longer bothers ne when people follow teachings that are totally "against" the principles direction" The fact is that love is everywhere and inside every one of us. No reaching can ever add or change this fact We just ned hunans speeading love, it doesnt matter what comez out of your mouth or if anything comes out at all. 😊

Thanks to you both for sharing this. Ive not watched anything 3p related for a long time but this popped up on my yt radar. The Principles just another of many different 'fingers" that are 'pointing" towards the same thing. I kinda get how some don't want it to drift into other approaches. It's succintness (including the stuff you and Jen shared at my very first 3 event) helped me see what I wasn't seeing via yoga philosophy, non duality and Advaita Vedanta etc Afterwards I saw the correlation between them all and hence chatted with 3p practioners and non dual teachers etc on my podcasts. I occasionally got the sense that people thought the principles was the best 'finger' which made me drift away from the community a little. Not sure if this makes sense? but Bruce Lee would know what I'm harping on about :-) lol Namaste x ;-) "It's like a finger pointing away to the moon. Don't concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory." ~ Bruce Lee

Yes, people do believe that their finger is the best. What Jules and I are saying is that there are many unique fingers that describe the one moon in beautiful ways. When we honor our uniqueness, we see the moon just that much clearer.

I don't blame you Rudi one bit for moving forward on your own. It is just sad to hear some of the 3P elders are treating other teachers in this way... Really sad... I remember most if not all of them saying at some point or another that each teacher needs to find their own voice and teach the principles however they want. Seems so contradictory to be going around with strict rules about how its taught. I'm crafting a teaching that blends non-duality and 3p and its good to have this heads up from you that I guess those of us who go this direction won't be welcome at strictly 3P events.
@InnateEvolution
@InnateEvolution Жыл бұрын
Hi Thomas, glad you are finding your own way. Sadly no- if you are not strictly a 3p teacher you will not be welcome to talk or engage in 3p events. Having taught it for 20 years, and been running coach/facilitator trainings for almost 10 years of that, we had so many students who 'secretly' read and follow non-3- teachers or understandings but are frightened to let other people know as they get judged as 'not getting the 3ps' or 'going off track'. To be honest the wisdom of all the information in existence is already within our own hearts- I stopped teaching the 3ps because the whole movement was about Syd Banks and having to 'get the 3ps' via a teacher. I and we (my wife) are now taking people back to the TRUE source of all things, the information and intelligence of all things within their own heart. It's great to have a teacher but they can become the 'middle man' to that presence when it is already within you. Don't look to the guru or teacher look within yourself. The teacher should be steering people back within. I didn't see this happening as most 3p teachers can be subtly anti- meditation or breath work.

Thanks Paul, the originator used to read all manner of other books, but then the later teachers (not all but many) became 'all you need are the principles' and steered people away from anything that was not 'Principle-based' I remember years ago getting told off for posting a quote from a non 3p person on social media. I think maybe the 3p community has relaxed a bit since then.
