I had stage 3 melanoma from using tanning beds...I would highly suggest that you get rid of that and just use a self tanner. I never ever ever thought it would ever happen to me. tanning beds are great when you're not over using and abusing them. they feed your body vitamin D which helps fight depression and they're also great for skin conditions like eczema etc. 8 min once a week or every 2 weeks is great. it's when people are using them 4-5 times a week it becomes a problem. everything gives you cancer these days so as long as you're smart about it, don't worry.
