This commissioner guy scares me. His whole presence ain't right, that walk stance, the mannerisms ...nje.... He's got a thug presence. True we South Africans have a problem if we don't understand something we call it fishy it's normal routine When Thabo appeared in casual clothes we complained we didn't have knowledge of DCS policies and procedures Can we change our mentality 😢😢
