Plastic wrap packs come from Japan. Belgium printing gets paper packs.

Read this: You got plastic wraps here, because US for now gets the Made in Japan print for Outsiders whereas most of Europe for now gets the Made in Belgium print that still have the paper packs. Reason for that is that the printing companies in Japan do not use paper packs for now, only the Belgian companies do. The current print run is 80% Belgium (paper packs) and 20% Japan (plastic packs), but they are still aiming to have 100% paper packs in the future! The reason the foiling is also more muted is because of the Japanese prints, they tend to me less curly, but a bit more subtle and less flashy. Hope this helped, great unboxing. 😃 They also officially reduced the drop rate for Majestic in Outsiders from 1 in 4 to 1 in 5 packs.

If i opened fabled in a case do i still continue opening or skip?

I've only opened one Fabled before, and it was in Everfest. I do think we still found a Legendary in the case, but that set did have the two different slots in the pack for assorted higher rarity pulls. I personally would keep going as I wouldn't want to leave a stone unturned, but maybe someone else can weigh in with more info for you!

Japan print runs are not paper to serve Asia and Pacific. Belgium print is for Europe and america

Your case was Japanese print run and they have not gone to paper yet. Belgium print runs are still paper 😁

They didn't switch back per say. The Japanese manufacturer has not yet upgraded to paper for this run. They will be but they didn't get as much as they wanted from belgium.... America may be split some paper some plastic...

I never liked fantasy TCG that why i never even try to play or collect Magic, but for some strange, twisted reason i do like Flesh & Blood. It have great art, although some cards creep the hell out of me. So far i only pull few majestic cards, but rarer then that.

Japan vs. Belgium. Belgium is paper packs. Japan is not. And Japan, for some reason, always has to modify the pack order in some way.

@@stephenoliveau Sure, but it's unfounded criticism. To meet demand for the product they need more than 1 print center. The Japanese center is not equipped to handle the paper packs. Just going through Belguim doesn't get enough product out for release. LSS is actually trying to get Japan equipped to handle paper. So to say they are cutting costs is incorrect. In fact, they are spending money to be more environmentally friendly and also trying to encourage other TCG's to use paper since they are acting as the frontrunner. All of this is available to anyone
