They were banned with a toy before because of a choking hazzard, which is dumb because as a parent, you don't give a young child a chocolate egg with a small toy in the middle. if you know they will put something like that in their mouth , don't give it to them! haha Common sense just isn't a thing here anymore, but yea we actually had them with a toy in them last christmas.

The reason that the USA won’t allow Kinder Eggs into the country is because they deem the toy inside as being a choking hazard for children. I’m from Canada and we have the normal ones here but if you were to go to the USA and have a kinder egg on you as you cross the border and if you’re caught with it you’ll actually go to jail for being in possession of a banned item!!! It’s almost as bad as being caught with drugs!!! They’re very very serious about the eggs too!
