4:08 I watched the whole movie, nor am i a critic but the movie was terrible. It did not have any narrative, it just had alot of violence, and $ex scenes. I don’t understand why rashmika is justifying these types of scenes using statistics that are likely untrue?

She was talking about her performance and honestly she nailed it and also she was the part of that film so obviously she won't say anything bad about it.

However, I don’t think she understands or is ignoring why the trolling is happening. It’s not because of her acting; it’s because the movie contains so much violence. It’s unusual for her to agree to this type of movie, as she is typically an actor who tries to spread positivity.

@@JanKut no here she is mainly talking about the trolling that she specifically got when the trailer was released and people were trolling her for her dialogue delivery in a particular scene.

@@JanKut bro you don't even need to go through the whole interview in this whole clip she is mainly talking about her nine minute long seen which was praised by the audience later on but when the trailer was released people were trolling her for her diction and she is clearly talking about that only it is not even that difficult to comprehend🤷‍♀️💁‍♀️

One point ignored is the choice of film to act in. The trolling is because of toxicity in the movie, not to the actors. It just frustrates me that movies like these, which was not entertaining at all, is agreed upon to act in and is normalised. This is another reason why bollywood will not progress on.

I haven't watched this movie yet,i am not going to..i don't like such movie... Anyway Rashmika just tried to do her best as an actor, there is no doubt in it...but it is also fact in real life nobody should idolise this movie character and if anyone idolise, things won't go as it was in movie...

what people in bollywood dont realise is that media affects the society and people of a country. bollywood has portrayed non patriotic sentiments for many years. now theyre normalising violence towards women . they could have portrayed it in a right way by also adding some consequences and disclaimer which they didnt. raw acting is for documentaries . when you are making a movie you have to modify such storyline. the movie Gangubai Kathiawadi also showed violence but in a subtle and non disturbing way and that was based on real events .

The trolls are the same people who made 50 Shades of Grey, best selling books and hit movies and also made 365 Days a hype. 😂 Vanga lives rent free in their bird brains. As for Rashmika. she's currently one of the top paid actresses in India so I think, she has more fans than haters and she doesn't care about the hate.

It is sad to see actors justifying the movie by saying it is just 'a' story of a person. Many actors in the industry say storytelling should be free from any restrictions. Had this happened to them or to their loved ones, their narrative would have been completely different. Or, for that matter, if any heinous crime would have happened in the country, the very same actors would be come forward and condemn the act. They very well know, this movie is liked by the masses of the country. The men in this category are violent, illiterate, unempathetic, etc. Making such a movie and promoting it reinforces the unjust acts by men. I mean, where does ones ethics go? Why this double standard? Movies do impact one's mind. You are also corrupting young minds and teenagers.

these ppl trolling only like massy type entry scenes and scenes where the hero teases the heroine. they don't know what acting is. If u actually felt cringy watching that karwachauth scene bro u don't even know what acting is like ur whole life u have been fed with filmy dialogues that carry the scenes but if a scene contain natural dialogues and natural emotions u find that cringy( Like how will she act after finding her husband cheated on her?wont she act mad and ask stupid questions?). Please this ain't ur type of cinema just go and wtach houseful. I hadn't seen her any movie before animal I just thought she was an overrated actress praised by her looks but that 9 min scene made me respect her work so fkin much
