​@@Yourlocalneighborhoodgoober During the story mode. at Stage 1-10. Vector gets blocked off by the headhunters closing a door on him. You then get saved by the courier at the end of 1-10. Then during Stage 1-11 you follow the courier dude, but at the end of it there is a building that's too high to climb. The courier without a moments hesitation gives Vector a boost to climb up the wall. Essentially sacrificing himself for you since the headhunter tazes him. The courier also throws you an item probably containing information to give to the (resistance) I believe. Just type in Vector Stage 1-11 and you'll see the full context. The sad thing is the courier isn't dead, he just got tazed but will be forced to wear the headset again, possibly tortured for information and a slave to the system yet again. Pretty much worse than death. RIP to him.
