3. It's currently rough. We've both had a lot of trauma. I've done a lot to get through mine and then get criticized for boundaries. He did some work but acts like the bulk of it is overthinking. I need it. Lots of abuse in my background. I feel pretty shut off right now. He's trying to apologize but I'm still just feeling 💀. Yes. Both empaths and gifts. Not a new relationship. But honestly I feel like I'm getting that frustration to things he won't do the work on. He's incredibly kind to everyone but im getting harsh treatment. I'm in protect myself mode. I went as far as cord cutting meditation.
