Durres has great beaches but ur central durres most of beach nice areas are in Pista Illyria 10 minutes bus, golem, shkembi kavajes, plepat etc durres has plenty of beaches i was in Durres this summer and had great time at Pista Illyria and shkembi kavajes nice places Durres city is just a city is not about the beach is more historical you have to take the bus to go to those places which dont even take long 15, 20 minutes max but now at this time of year September even less since the tourists already left
