2 eggs
3 glasses of warm milk (600 ml)
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 grams)
1 packet of dry yeast (10 grams)
3.5 cups flour (420 grams)
1 teaspoon (8 grams) of salt
1 piece of sausage (100 grams)
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
1 tomato
1 potato.
1 cup of Tulum Cheese (120 grams)

This is how we make pancakes in Nigeria. All except the cheese and potatoes. And we add onions. It comes out so tasty. I will be trying this variation. Thank you for this clean presentation!
