Vidhaata was released in year December 1982 and Vinod Khanna came back in year 1984. So it's not true that Vijay Anand talked to Dilip Kumar during Vidhaata, maybe Karma. In 1970s Dilip Kumar had also refused to work in the Vijay Anand's film, which also had Dev Anand and Raj Kapoor.

First of all your language is poor, it should read ‘Why Dilip Kumar Refused to Work with Vijay Anand’. Secondly Dilip Kumar never worked in a hurry. He waited patiently as the story, screenplay and dialogues developed from initial synopsis. He had his own method of working. If you really liked working with him then respect or go free to work with someone else as simple as this. Apparently Vijay Anand decided to his project somewhere else. Nothing wrong.
