So much arrogance. I could have digested it if he backed it with actual knowledge, depth or atleast some substance to explain the pricing. All he did for 43 minutes was insult common people, brokers, developers and investors. Only he and his investors are knowledgeable, but ofcourse he couldn't give even a glimpse of that great knowledge here on this show.

A very genuine advice to mr saurabh chadha,,dont ruin ur channels reputation by calling this wannabe papa ki pari on ur channel.. There were many instances in this podcast where this wannabe dlf's nepo baby was insulting other buyers by calling people hard earned investments as pakoras.. Furthermore 21:01 delhi vaale nhn le paa rahe so plz get ur facts checked one of the major reasons gurgaon property has boomed a lot is due to major investment from these delhi walas. Next time before insulting people's hard earned investment which are their homes think twice.. You can very happily sell dlf sitting in ur dlf provided poop pants but insulting any buyer be it small or big either investing anywhere be it gurgaon or ghaziabad is not at all acceptable.. A very straight advice from a delhi vaala at heart and an investor in both the brands M3M and DLF..

Looks like bro has never been to Lutyens delhi area. Why wait and share lifts in high rise. You can get a bungalow in that rate in Lutyens delhi. Invite a guest in such a bungalow and you will understand. Yes if you are buying a house for only socializing then buy in DLF with a big club.

When you are trying to speak to DLF prospects or about DLF a finesses and sobriety would be much appreciated …. For eg: calling property (whichever builder) ‘selling like a pakoda’…?? It is someone’s sweet home my dear… god bless u with more LV shoes and also with the right choice of words… just thought of making my point … pls trash if this does not make sense to you…

People have no choice, it’s not that people are jumping to throw their money, koi bhi property pakoron ki tarah nahi kharidata. Na hi dlf projects kuch great hain, na hi unko kharidne wale koi best examples hain, Dlf develops the surrounding areas and does some beautification of the roads around and are reliable that projects will be fairly well constructed and delivered.
