Yes, knowing that Christ has overcome this old sinfilled earth, I can and will persevere on!!! I have been chronically ill most of my adult life--I am now 62. It has not been an easy path--knowing that Christ has conquered death and everything in this world, I have peace because I belong to Him. Yes, I get down and complain to Him, but before long He puts a song in my heart and I know I am loved by Him and the Trinity. I confess and repent and feel renewed. How awesome it is to know that the war has already been won. There are battles to be faced everyday for some of us, but we know the end of the story---how wonderful that God gave us the ending!!!!!

Almighty God, we know that all things work together for good to those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. For those You foreknew You also predestined to be conformed to the image of Your Son that He might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. We serve a God who is with us in our trials and tribulations. A God who is acquainted with human suffering and knows what we are going through. Help us to become more like Your Son Jesus Christ who triumphed over suffering. No matter the circumstance, Lord we know You are greater than any obstacle we face. If You are for us, who can be against us? We are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ who loves us and gave His life for us. Nothing can ever separate us from Your love. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Such a beautiful and true message. Jesus informed His disciples so that they would be aware of what was to happen instead of leaving them in the dark. Then He ends His statement by giving them hope in His. God loved us so by inspiring man to record such an account in the Word so we would not be ignorant but rather informed. I am grateful to God and Jesus for such teachings. Now, it is up to me to look unto God for my help to overcome obstacles in my journey and lean not unto my own understanding of life but on the everlasting arms of Christ who is the eternal Hope that has overcome the world's circumstances that it has. 🙏🏾

Beloved Believers... Hurting?? Troubled? Suffering?? Downcast that as a follower of Christ, you try to live a life pleasing to Him, yet the world just becomes more inhospitable to you? You do good, yet there is always that tiger of pain, suffering, worldly trouble crouching at every door??... but take heart! You should not be surprised... for Christ Himself told you that to truly follow Him, you would have many troubles and tribulations in this world! But be of good cheer... We live in a fallen world and unfortunately bad things do happen to good peopie. He is still in control. God loves all of us and there are things we will not understand until we get to heaven. We have to trust in Him even when we don't have all the answers. God bless you.

Trials and tribulations are a result of Adam and Eve. Because man has the ability to choose which paths he/she takes, one must understand the principle of sowing and reaping. We must also realize our actions create a ripple effect. This means our bad choices can (generally) have a negative impact upon others. We must take responsibility and understand trials are designed to teach us lessons. Now, understand those trials that God allows us to face teaches us, causes maturity in the faith to grow (generally, these trials are distractions designed by the enemy to doubt or deny your faith in God. A test of your faith). On the other hand, tribulations that manifest as a result of our bad decisions will teach something but may not grow of faith. Whichever the reason, until we pass our test, we are subject to repeat. In retrospect to understand why it appears some people go through more trials/tribulations than others; one have to examine their walk (self evaluation) and understand or should I say that a deep look into their life and relationship with God.
