Why do Elephants Play in the Mud?

These use mud too cool themselves from the Africa heat. Also to help get rid of external parasites.
These videos contain wildlife footage of animals in Africa, specifically South Africa. To be really specific, its in and around the Kruger National Park. I record these videos during my game drives or safaris as others call it. Game Drive Channel focuses mainly on the the big 5, lions, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephants. There are other animals that make it to the channel, cheetah, wild dogs, hyena and all the interactions that happen between them all. Snakes and birds may also be found on these videos.
