I think they take her for granted because she's there for them and too damn nice to them. She doesn't say no to them at all, and people will take advantage of that. Example: Angela was dead wrong on damn near forcing Fatima to help her with the sex videos. She was pushing it and forcing it on Fatima as if it was Fatimas duty and job to fix her problem. She wouldn't take no for an answer. Fatima is loyal to a fault.

Fatima is surrounded by emotional vampires. She has this thing were she sees a bird with a broken wing and she thinks she can fix it. Problem is everything can't be fixed until those people are ready to fix themselves. Trying to be everyone's savior is draining, and she needs to place her wellbeing first. She really needs to stop trying to make everything work. Because she is not a failure, but if she keeps going down the same path and never doing anything different, that could change. I want her character to choose better. Forget the aesthetics.

Erica I feel you hit the nail on the head. I needed what you said. I am a lot like Fatima. I am loyal to a fault. I have a heart for others and want to push others forward and I get a huge level of joy and fulfillment from it because I feel that it is Gods purpose for me. But the number of people that are supposed to be for me- that I’ve helped supported etc have set stumbling blocks, backstabbed and tried to hurt me. But I am still standing and will forever stand. I just want to know your thoughts on do you stay in those circles bc you are helping others and just watch who you bring near you or do you walk away from that entire circle bc of the toxicity?
