Does anxiety come from negative families? I had a negative upbringing, just curious if potentially it may have triggered my anxieties because of always having the negative way of thinking

I had my first panic or anxiety attack when i was 17 and bored, it wasn't that intense but i was worried for many days why i had it, then it became only occasional (when I'm far away from home and in a boring place) i discovered that my friend also had it. And by myself i regained my happiness and by time these places didn't stress me a lot (specially when i feel confident cz I'm wearing something cute tehe) Now I'm 20 almost 21 i had an anxiety attack (very mild) a feeling of detaching from reality and fear of loosing control and then i tremble but its ok it only last for seconds and trembling for 30 min or idk... I'm not a worrier, I'm positive the only thing I'm concerned about it these days is why and does it get worse... The answers will help me a lot cz now my anxiety is because idk wht happened If u have anxiety for no reason plz share ur story ♥️
