I'll never get tired of you talking about eyeshadow palettes 😊 The palette I regret not getting is KVD Pastel Goth, cause I was told by Sephora in Denmark that it would come in our stores but it never did and when I found out, it had already sold out in the U.S. 😞 The palette where I like the mattes more than the shimmers are Makeup Revolution Red Alert (a dupe of Jeffree Star Blood Sugar). The mattes build and blend well, but the metallics and shimmers makes hard pan very bad.😶 And the palette where I like shimmers more than the mattes is Colourpop Zodiac, cause the mattes are no way like the usual formula 😑

I love the Moon Spell packaging! The color story doesn’t speak to me, but the packaging does. 👁👅👁 I bought some palettes from Revolution beauty because they had shaky glitter packaging (like the Natasha Denona Love Glow cheek packaging) and it was too stimy for me to pass up. I wanted that pallete too!! But it sold out then the reviews came out .I heard the 4/20 pallete was not good unfortunately. The formulation was god awful and the packaging was falling apart by the seams. I love melt but thier formulas have always been a hit or miss 😅

Oh man! Love everything you picked. Um. . . 1- Palette I regret not buying: Melt Muerte for sure. 2- Palette I regret buying: Colourpop All That, just not enough variation for me, I still like it though. 3- Palette I haven’t used as much as I thought: Colourpop Baby Got Peach. I waited so long for a legit peach palette and finally got it and I think I’ve used it once or twice. 4- Palette I’ve used more than I thought: Kaleidos Escape Pod, I didn’t realize how well it mixes with my other palettes. 5- Favorite half neutral half colorful palette: I don’t really have those! Maybe Kaleidos Cyber Bronze (does that even count as half colorful?) or Astro Pink. 6- Palette I bought for the packaging: Urban Decay Game of Thrones palette. I don’t even really like the packing, but for the theming yes. I still like some of the shades in there, but about half of them are useless for me. I really want to get the Moonspell, but every time I go and just look at the colors I convince myself I don’t need it. I’m usually pretty good about not buying for the packaging or theming of things. 7- Palette that I like shimmers more than mattes: I don’t know what to choose, I won’t buy a palette unless I like all the formulas, lets say Give Me Glow Juicy Olive (or any one of their palettes), not because he mattes are bad, but because the shimmers are so good. 8- Palette that I like the mattes more than the shimmers: Sugarpill Pink Capsule for sure. 9- Palette that I’m happily surprised by: Colourpop Anna palette, I was afraid it was going to be boring to me, but it’s a bunch of weird undertones neutrals (the browns lean mustard, orange and red) and purple with a gold shimmer and the most stand out shade, Scootch In, which is a white goldish/reddish pink duochrome inner corner dream. It’s my perfect pseudo-neutral palette. Alter Ego Goddess could also go here for the same reasons, but that’s cheating 😬. 10- Palette with the most interesting color story: Juvia’s Place Tribe palette, hands down.

Oh fun a new tag! (Recent unexpected emoji: 🥔...why a potato?) I regret not buying the Dragon Child from Menagerie pre-rebrand for sure. I regret buying Morphe palettes when I first got started with makeup - so blah. I haven’t used the Huda Light Obsessions nearly as much as I expected to - those colors are right up my every day alley but they just didn’t have much impact in person. I’ve used the Colourpop All That way more than I thought I would - I figured an all red palette would be a novelty but dang I fell in love with reds thanks to that palette. I like the shimmers over the mattes more any of my the Lime Crime palettes - that hazy wash of matte isn’t my jam. I like the mattes more than the shimmers in Sydney Grace Enduring Love - such smooth butteryness! I was happily surprised by the Colourpop Sweet Talk, which is also my answer for a palette I bought for the packaging. I thought for sure it would be a boring orangey palette, but just loved the packaging art! And finally I think the most interesting color story palette I own is the Jackie Aina palette. Loved all your answers!!

For me, palette I love mattes more than shimmers is 100% all the Melt palettes I own (and love). Their matte formula has amazing payoff and I love the colours, their shimmers are inconsistent where a lot don't adhere to the eye very well and need a lot of help. 😴

A palette I regret not buying is definitely Muerte. But there are others as well. 🍌a palette that I like the mattes more than the shimmers would be most of the Jeffree Star palettes... but specifically blood sugar. Palette with better shimmers than mattes would have to go to Lime Crime Venus Xl ... but I may feel that way just because I love the shade Locust Locust sooo much!! I dont know if I have ever bought a palette just because of the packaging but I wanted to buy the PR set for Colourpops Colourpopland collab because I want the board game. Fortunately, it sold out before I could order it and by the time it restocked I had come to my senses and realized I couldnt justify that amount of money especially when I dont even like that palette. My favorite half neutral half colorful palette... I dont know without going and looking at my palettes..in fact I dont know if I own any that are half n half. A palette I regret buying, might be cheating but I actually own 2 Juvias Place Nubian palettes. But I bought the second one as part of a bundle and economically it made sense to buy the bundle for $35 since the other palette was $25 on it's own. A palette I dont use as much as I thought I would, any if my Pat McGrath palettes.. they just dont have enough matte shades in them so I never reach for them and a palette I use more than I thought I would, Sigma Untamed. I really enjoy that one! A palette that happily surprised me is definitely the Pur RawBeautyKristi collab. I ordered it to support her because I love her but I had never been happy w the quality of Pur palettes in the past. However, that palette is amazing and it blends so nicely. And I believe that last question is the palette with the most interesting color story... I dont know that any of them are that interesting. This is another question that I can't answer without looking at my palettes. 🎃

I whole heartedly regret not getting the muerte/Vida palettes (i like both, i like how they click together, the color stories, everything) and the one palette you used last Christmas that was so cozy looking with the plaid (i regret not getting it but have no recollection of the name or brand, but Santa needed the money more so i regret it but i don't if that makes sense) i regret buying A LOT! When my son got diagnosed with cancer, instead of continuing therapy, i hid my emotions with buying stuff (i don't recommend this!) I'd say all the too faced holiday collections cutesy things. They don't really preform well & I'm not really happy with the brand. 2 palettes that surprised me were abh x Jackie Aina (i picked it up when it went on sale and i love it) & huda beauty mercury retrograde (i wanted to try the brand & that palette was on sale so i got it and it's just fun to use).
